FAQ – Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return or exchange my items?

30 days from delivery.

What condition must the items be in?

Unused, unwashed, unaltered, in original packaging with tags attached.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

What can’t be returned?
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear & tear
  • Items with missing/damaged tags
  • All sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Do you refund for size issues?

We do not offer refunds for sizing, but we’re happy to facilitate size exchanges for local Singapore orders, subject to stock availability.

Size exchanges are by appointment at our warehouse space in Tai Seng. Drop us an email and we’ll arrange a suitable time with you.

How do I start a return or exchange?

When will I get my refund?

Within 7–10 business days after inspection, back to your original payment method.
