Returns & Exchange Policy
How long do I have to return/exchange?
30 days from delivery.
What condition must the items be in?
Unused, unwashed, unaltered, in original packaging with tags attached.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
What can’t be returned?
- Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear & tear
- Items with missing/damaged tags
Do you refund for size issues?
No refunds, but size exchanges are possible (subject to stock).
How do I start a return or exchange?

- Brief description of issue
When will I get my refund?
Within 7–10 business days after inspection, back to your original payment method.
Special Note for Limited Access November Batch:
We have very limited spare stock, so size exchanges will be subject to availability. If your requested size isn’t available right away, don’t worry — we’ll hold your request and make sure you get the right size in January 2026, once our bulk shipment arrives.
